Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate services and address any concerns
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all assigned properties, ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
