Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time Permanent
Wage: Starting at $18.25-$19.50 per hour + tips (based on experience)
Availability Requirements:
- Weekday lunch shifts (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Sundays (full-day availability required)
Restaurant Hours:
- Lunch: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Open 7 days per week
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dish area
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required
- Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies
- Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and well-maintained
- Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Reliable and punctual
