Role Description
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to independently handle their own family law cases, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, represent clients in court, and negotiate and mediate settlements.
What we are seeking:
· A lawyer called to the bar in British Columbia
· 5+ years of experience in family law
· A self-starter with strong advocacy and client service skills
· Strong organization and multitasking abilities
· A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills
· Proven success in building client relationships
· Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative and engaging team
· Independently manage all aspects of family law files from beginning to end

Location:
The position is a full-time, in-office position based in either our Vernon or Salmon Arm office (Hybrid working from home is an option that can be discussed).
