About PROFAB
PROFAB is a volumetric modular construction company delivering residential and multi-unit projects across Ontario and beyond.
As we continue to modernize and expand our technical department, we are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to help advance our BIM workflows, project coordination, and design and drafting processes. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and will evolve alongside the continued development of our technical team.
What You'll Do
- Support and improve BIM and Revit workflows across projects
- Assist with the development of BIM standards, templates, and content
- Coordinate project information and models between disciplines
- Support quality control of models and construction documentation
- Troubleshoot Revit and BIM-related issues
- Collaborate with design, engineering, production, estimating, purchasing, and site teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and project delivery
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience using Revit in an architectural, construction, engineering, or related environment
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
- Understanding of building systems and construction practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Assets
- Experience in modular, prefabricated, residential, multi-unit, or wood-frame construction
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, or similar platforms
- BCIN designation
- Bilingual (English/French)
