Resort Front Desk Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in delivering a welcoming and seamless resort experience. You will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and provide helpful information to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression of the resort
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and booking inquiries
- Answer guest questions regarding resort amenities, services, dining, activities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems as required
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized and welcoming at all times
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, customer service, or front desk operations is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or hotel management systems is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
