Loadstar Dispatchers (1963) Ltd. is an Alberta-owned and operated transportation company based in Edmonton. Since 1963, we have provided transportation, logistics, and storage solutions to the oil and gas, power, utility, and industrial sectors throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Picker Operator – Grapple Truck to join our growing team.
Requirements;
Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
Apprentice or Journeyman Crane and Hoisting Equipment Operator (Boom Truck)
Clean driver's abstract
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
Conduct pre- and post- trip inspections and maintain required documentation
Follow company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements
Off highway experience
Represent Loadstar professionally while working with customers and field personnel
Preferred Qualifications;
Experience operating a grapple truck, load, unload, and transport utility poles and related materials
Grapple truck experience is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
