We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team and help ensure every vehicle leaves our showroom and service department looking its absolute best.
Position Summary
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, trailers, and customer vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail powersports vehicles and trailers.
- Prepare units for showroom display, customer delivery, and photography.
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and touch-ups as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues and report concerns to management.
- Assist with lot organization and movement of inventory.
- Ensure all vehicles meet dealership presentation standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies.
Qualifications
- Previous detailing experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
