AMC Insurance Brokers is hiring full-time Junior Insurance Advisors to join our growing team across the Lower Mainland. This is a great opportunity for motivated insurance professionals with ICBC Autoplan experience who enjoy helping clients, providing excellent service, and building a long-term career in insurance.

What You’ll Do
As a Junior Insurance Advisor, you will support clients with their auto insurance needs and provide clear, reliable guidance throughout the insurance process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist walk-in and returning clients with ICBC Autoplan transactions
- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage options clearly
- Help clients choose insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Process renewals, changes, and related auto insurance transactions
- Use ICBC PolicyCenter and internal systems to complete client requests
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Build positive client relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Work with your team to support smooth daily branch operations
- Stay informed on ICBC updates, policy changes, and industry practices
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
You should have:
- Level 1 BC General Insurance License required
- Minimum 6+ months of ICBC Autoplan experience
- Working knowledge of ICBC PolicyCenter
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain insurance options in a clear and helpful way
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in person at one of our Lower Mainland office locations
Nice to Have - The following are considered assets:
- Level 2 BC General Insurance License, or willingness to pursue it
- Experience with ICBC batching
- Additional insurance sales or client service experience
- Interest in growing into Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or a senior advisory role
