Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various Airbnb's in the Gananoque area, ensuring that all spaces are safe, hygienic, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform high paced cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including bedrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition and properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or needs within the facilities.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned duties within designated time frames.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Must be able to work weekends as required.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
- Basic knowledge of Airbnb cleaning is a plus.
