Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, pool service operations, or field coordination. This role focuses on protecting service quality standards, conducting structured audits, strengthening operational consistency, and improving the overall customer experience across recurring residential service routes.
This role does not directly supervise technicians but partners with Service Leadership to improve quality and performance.
Success in this role will be measured by improvements in audit scores, reduction in repeat service concerns, documentation accuracy, and measurable increases in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured field audits of completed service visits to verify chemical balance accuracy, service completeness, documentation standards, and safety compliance. This role audits work performed by both employees and contractors.
- Review customer feedback, callbacks, and service concerns to determine root causes and recommend action plans
- Identify recurring service issues and recommend process improvements to prevent repeat failures
- Track quality metrics, reporting, and corrective actions
- Support training documentation, SOP compliance, and data accuracy
- Collaborate with Service Managers to maintain white-glove customer service standards
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–3 years in quality assurance, service coordination, or operations
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract
Preferred:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or related field
- Experience in pool maintenance or field service
Work Conditions
- Primarily road-based role, traveling within a designated weekly service area
- Regular site visits to monitor field quality and customer experience
- Occasional time at Head Office in Stouffville for meetings and reporting
- Flexibility required during peak seasonal periods
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions; ability to walk properties, lift up to 30 lbs, and access pool equipment areas as required
Compensation & Benefits
