Middleton Homes is a company serving Huntsville and the Muskoka area. Our projects include residential and commercial construction, renovations, additions, custom builds, and a variety of carpentry work. We take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Carpenter to join our team. The Position We are seeking a skilled Carpenter who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, able to work independently when required, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial carpentry work Framing, renovations, additions, and general construction Read and interpret drawings and plans Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials Install doors, windows, trim, and other building components Complete work accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe job site Operate hand and power tools safely Work independently and as part of a construction team Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and other trades Assist with material organization and job-site coordination when required What We’re Looking For Previous carpentry or construction experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to perform physically demanding work Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation Ability to work safely and follow job-site procedures What We Offer $28.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience and skill level Full-time employment Consistent work Variety of residential and commercial projects Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with an established local construction company Schedule Monday to Friday Approximately 40 hours per week Occasional additional hours may be available depending on project requirements Join Our Team We are looking for someone who wants more than just another construction job.
