End of the Roll Flooring Centres in Edmonton, AB is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have experience in floor covering sales, installation, estimating, or a related construction or home improvement industry, we'd love to hear from you.
What We Offer
· Guaranteed base salary or uncapped commission with earning opportunities of $50,000 to $80,000 per year.

What You'll Do
· Assist customers in selecting the right flooring for their homes and businesses.
· Measure residential and commercial spaces accurately.
· Visit job sites using company vehicles to assess projects and ensure successful installations.
· Prepare estimates and quotations.
· Work closely with installers and customers throughout the project.
· Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
· Achieve and exceed sales goals.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
· Has experience and has been successful in floor covering sales, flooring installation, estimating, interior finishing, renovation, construction sales, or a similar industry. We will train product, we can't train motivation or desire to succeed.
· Enjoys helping customers and building relationships.
· Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
· Is comfortable learning new products and technology.
· Holds a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
· Is willing and able to travel to customers' homes and commercial job sites using company vehicles.
· Can accurately measure spaces or is willing to learn our professional measuring process.
· Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
