Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure proper operation.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and other equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement.
- Support basic maintenance and minor repairs of equipment when required.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete equipment inspection reports and promptly report any defects or mechanical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or similar machinery.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with freight handling and commercial driving is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance or automotive repair is an asset.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Pay: From $21.96 per hour
