We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with stick AND fluxcore
- CWB certified in Stick and Fluxcore - Mandatory
- Experience welding in 2G, 3G and 6G - Mandatory
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy components using cranes or forklifts as needed.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precise dimensions during fabrication.
- Execute plasma cutting tasks for shaping materials as per project specifications.
- Set up and operate press brake machines for bending metal components accurately.
- Collaborate with assembly teams to ensure proper integration of welded parts into final products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in welding pressure vessels is an asset
