The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in providing warm, attentive, and intuitive service. While previous hotel experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills and a passion for guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and assign accommodations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Manage incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide concierge-level guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Promote loyalty programs and additional services to enhance the guest experience
- Balance working independently with being an engaged, supportive team member
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous hotel experience, particularly in front desk operations
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for effective communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
