Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our pool and hardscape team. This role involves working on various pool and landscaping projects, assisting with construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills related to pool/ hardscape and construction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture, landscape hardscaping and construction-related activities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation, including planting, grading, and soil preparation
- Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Experience in hardscaping
- Support construction projects involving fencing, decking, or other outdoor structures
- Assist with general site cleanup and debris removal after project completion
- Experience installing inground swimming pools
Requirements
- Prior experience with hardscaping ideal
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with construction tools is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators and bobcats is advantageous but not mandatory
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a strong attention to detail
- Prior construction experience or knowledge of site preparation is desirable
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed
Pay: $23.00-$42.00 per hour
