Landscape Labourer (Full-Time) Start Immediately
Wage: $18-$22 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (some weekends depending on weather & project needs)

If you like fresh air, satisfying before-and-after transformations, and going home knowing you built something real, you’ll fit right in. We’re a tight-knit crew working on high-end residential (and some commercial) landscape projects, and we’re looking for a dependable Landscape Laborer whos ready to learn, work hard, and become a valuable part of the team.
What youll be doing:
· Landscape maintenance: clean-ups, pruning, edging, and keeping properties looking sharp
· Grass & sod: prep, grading, laying sod, and learning what makes lawns thrive
· Woodworking projects: assisting with (and learning to build) decks, fences, pergolas, and other custom features
· Hardscape installs: helping build patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls with great attention to detail
· Irrigation: trenching, pipe installs, heads, controllers, and basic troubleshooting
· Fire features: firepits and fireplaces from base prep to finishing touches
· Water features: ponds, waterfalls, and feature installs (yes, its as cool as it sounds)
· Keeping the site organized, tools cared for, and the job moving forward safely and efficiently
Skills you'll learn & develop:
· Reading grades, using levels, and understanding proper base preparation
· Working with pavers, natural stone, wall block systems, and landscape materials
· Basic carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, fastening, and finishing)
· Hands-on irrigation fundamentals
· Jobsite efficiency, tool handling, and safe work habits you can be proud of
· How to deliver the kind of quality that shows up in high-end projects
What were looking for
· Shows up on time, ready to work, with a good attitude
· Enjoys physical, outdoor work (lifting, shoveling, wheelbarrows, the whole beauty of it)
· Willing to learn new skills and take feedback
· Comfortable working as part of a team
· Valid class 5 drivers license is required!
· Must have steel toe boots, proper work clothing, gloves.
· Experience in landscaping or construction is great, however we’ll train the right person
