POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Sidney brewery taproom is looking for an experienced Team Member with wide availability for a permanent, full-time position (30–40 hours/week). Most of the shifts will be closing shifts that end between 8:30 and 11 pm, with the exception of rare special events such as weddings and NYE (where closers may be done as late as 1:00 am).
An average schedule could look something like this:
Friday, 1:30p–10p
Saturday, 1:30p–10p
Sunday, 12:30p–9p
Monday, 5p–9p
Tuesday, 11a–7p
At this time, we are only interested in those with either food assembly experience anywhere (for example, previous work at a restaurant BOH, Subway, Starbucks, McDonald's, pizzeria, deli, bakery, or cafe) or with FOH experience at a restaurant (serving, bartending, or hospitality-specific customer service in a food or beverage environment, etc.).
Supervisory experience in any field is highly desirable. Our Shift Leads make $18–$20/hr + tips once fully trained. Shift Leads that work 30+ hours a week are eligible for individual or family benefits after 90 days. While we never hire individuals directly into supervisory roles, we would be willing to fast-track the right candidate into a supervisory role if they have experience and show potential.

ABOUT THE JOB
Our Taproom Team does it all! We don't put staff into specific roles like Server or Host. Instead, the whole team works together to give our guests the ultimate brewery taproom experience. Team Members make guests feel welcome, educate customers on different beer styles, build artisan sandwiches and sides, pull pints of beer, wash glassware and dishes, help customers with disabilities use the space, have fun with our coworkers, and keep the taproom stocked, organized, and immaculate!
You will be trained in our food and beverage menus, food assembly, expediting, bussing, doing dishes, and cleaning to start, with an opportunity to learn the bar and till after you have mastered these skills.
ABOUT YOU
Our team is awesome, and you should be too! We are looking for friendly, hard-working, customer service-oriented staff who move with a sense of urgency. A positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude is a must! We are especially interested in applicants with food assembly experience and supervisory experience.
