We are currently looking for motivated and animal-loving individuals to join our Pet Grooming Training Program – Hands-On Experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in professional pet grooming through practical, hands-on learning.
Responsibilities
- Assist professional groomers with bathing, drying, brushing, and coat preparation
- Learn basic grooming skills including trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning
- Safely handle and restrain pets during grooming procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area and equipment
- Help monitor pet comfort and behavior throughout appointments
- Support daily salon operations and customer service
- Ensure pets are treated with patience, care, and compassion at all times
Qualifications
- Passion for animal care; no prior grooming experience required
- Willingness to learn bathing, drying, brushing, and basic trimming techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift pets, and safely restrain animals
- Comfortable working with dogs and cats of various breeds and sizes
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Flexible availability to work any days, including weekends and holidays if needed
