We specialize in working for homeowners in the residential service sector. Our goal is to provide an outstanding and efficient customer experience. We provide fast, same-day service for homeowners who require Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Repairs. We are looking for a highly motivated, punctual, and reliable individual.
Major Responsibilities:
- You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- You will make outbound calls to schedule maintenance safety checks.
- You will need to learn the call scripts in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers
- Participate in training to grow, develop and improve as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with customers, technicians, and your manager.
- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
- Ensure a 5-star customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Update customers throughout the day on the status of their appointment times.
- Handle some administrative tasks.
You must be comfortable using computers and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Information:
You must be able to work weekends, evenings & overtime if required by the company.
Available shifts will fall within the following times, Monday to Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The pay rate is $20.00 /hr during the first 3 months, then $24.00 / hr thereafter. We also provide a health benefits package, excellent work, and a team environment!
Additional wage increases are based on performance and length of employment.
