Canaray is Canada's largest oral radiology organization, providing advanced dental imaging and radiologist reporting services through a network of clinics across Ontario.
Our team specializes in Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), panoramic imaging, and cephalometric radiography. We work closely with dental professionals throughout Ontario to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care through high-quality imaging and expert interpretation.
We are seeking Medical Radiation Technologists (MRTs) to join our growing team. Opportunities are available at multiple clinic locations, and applicants are encouraged to indicate which locations they are available to work at. The successful candidate enjoys working independently, delivering excellent patient experiences, and embracing new technology in a specialized imaging environment.

What You'll Do
- Acquire high-quality CBCT scans, panoramic radiographs, and cephalometric images
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and radiation protection standards are maintained at all times
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain examinations clearly and professionally
- Review images for diagnostic quality and identify when repeat imaging is required
- Open and review DICOM data to verify image quality and completeness
- Support radiologists and clinical teams by ensuring imaging studies are accurately prepared for interpretation
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referring offices
- Assist with technical troubleshooting related to imaging studies and DICOM files
- Support quality assurance initiatives and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with fellow MRTs, radiologists, and operations leadership
- Maintain compliance with privacy legislation, professional standards, and company policies
What You Bring
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology or equivalent accredited training
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and image quality standards
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental radiography, oral radiology, or diagnostic imaging
- Experience working with CBCT imaging systems
- Experience reviewing and manipulating 3D imaging datasets
- Familiarity with DICOM software and image management systems
