- Total compensation including the cost-of-living differential and food allowance, reaching up to $166,000.00 per year, depending on experience
- Annual travel allowance for personal travel between Kuujjuaq and the rest of Quebec
- Housing provided according to current policies
- 35 vacation days, payable at the end of the year
- 16 statutory holidays, payable at the end of the year

- Plan and coordinate building maintenance activities to ensure the availability of materials, resources, and operational support across Nunavik communities
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and building improvement programs for NHB properties
- Manage, mobilize, and support multidisciplinary teams under their supervision in order to promote collaboration, development, and performance
- Coordinate the inventory to ensure the collaboration with the procurement team to optimize warehouse management and material availability while minimizing losses and stock shortages
- Ensure sound management of annual budgets
- Promote best practices in occupational health and safety
- Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance management
- College diploma in a field related to construction, building management, engineering, or any other relevant discipline
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in a management or supervisory position
- Additional relevant experience may compensate for the absence of a diploma
- Significant experience in building maintenance operations management
- Experience in budget preparation and monitoring
- Mobilizing leadership
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple files simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate teams in a multicultural environment
- Analytical skills and sound decision-making
- Good knowledge of computer tools and management systems
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, English, and Inuktitut
