Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for procurement, manage inventory levels, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, and supplier follow-up
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet operational needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to forecast inventory requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with vendors/suppliers and managing purchase orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,852.68-$50,855.33 per year
