Job description
Focus West Logistics Ltd is looking to hire for our Operations department, we are looking for a highly outgoing person with great attention to detail and an attitude to succeed all while being a great team player.
Operations, Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Quoting shipment request (RFQ)
- Contacting carriers to obtain pricing, lanes, volume
- Setting up & dispatching orders
- Stretching Margins
- General Office duties
- Building relationships with our customer base
The Candide's required qualifications:
- Knowledge in freight forwarding pricing and quoting
- Understanding of equipment/lanes/ rating
- Excellent verbal skills
- Strong email abilities.
- Proficient problem solver
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Team Player
- Time Management/ Multi Tasker
- Minimum one year transportation pricing experience
Transportation/ Logistics background is required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
