We are looking for a Data Analyst Co-op (Master’s Student) to join our Data Insights & Analytics team for the Fall 2026 term.
During your work term, you will gain valuable experience working with business intelligence tools, automation, reporting, and data management processes that support operational decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while helping deliver accurate, insightful, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

During your work term, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop, test, maintain, and perform quality assurance on operational and management reports using Tableau and other reporting tools.

Support the reporting needs of the Data Insights & Analytics team by delivering accurate, reliable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

Assist with report reconciliation activities by validating data accuracy across multiple sources and investigating discrepancies.

Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and data accessibility.

Support SQL query optimization initiatives by reviewing reporting requirements, reducing duplicate database requests, and improving data retrieval processes.

Assist in consolidating common data requirements across reports to reduce system load and improve reporting efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.

We're looking for a motivated and analytical student who is passionate about data, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will be a strong candidate if you:

Are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Have experience writing SQL queries and Tableau, including building, designing, and maintaining dashboards and reports.

Demonstrate strong report design skills, with attention to layout, formatting, color, and data visualization best practices.

Have exposure to data reconciliation and validation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple data sources.

Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for automation and data analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
