We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting with meal assembly, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and rotated properly to minimize waste
- Adhere to health regulations and sanitation standards
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on meal presentation and quality control
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.00-$23.02 per hour
