Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes under the guidance of the kitchen team.
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of items needed for meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces, throughout each shift.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Help manage inventory by notifying supervisors of supplies that need restocking or replacement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability
