Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated In-House Financial Advisor (LLQP Licensed) to join our team. Duties
- Provide expert financial advice to internal clients and staff regarding insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
- Assist with cash management strategies to optimize organizational and client financial health.
- Conduct thorough research on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform recommendations.
- Analyze financial data, including accounting records, to develop customized financial plans aligned with client needs.
- Support the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and transactions in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for financial growth and risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on LLQP licensing requirements and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing standards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial services industry practices.
- Excellent math skills for analyzing data, calculating risks, and preparing financial forecasts.
- Proficiency in cash management techniques and tools.
- Ability to conduct detailed research on financial products, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in recordkeeping and analysis.
- Professional licensing (LLQP) is required; additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
