The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and organized Member Experience & Operations Lead to join our team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support our front desk team, drive membership sales, and help create an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
Front Desk & Team Management
- Manage front desk operations and ensure all member interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming, organized environment for all members and guests
Membership Sales & Retention
- Actively promote services and programs to prospective members
- Manage Mindbody software — ensure all client profiles are current
- Resolve all member concerns and delinquent accounts within 48 hours
Inventory & Supplements
- Oversee ordering, tracking, and stocking of supplements and retail products
Administration
- Maintain accurate member records — agreements, contact details, billing
- Update the member reports weekly
- Order all items required for the facility
- Ensure the facility — inside — is clean and well-maintained
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a assistant management role in the service industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving
- Experience with membership sales, team coordination, and client relations
- Comfortable with software tools: gym management platforms (Mindbody preferred), Microsoft Office, CRM systems
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask and execute tasks in a timely, organized manner
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally work evenings or weekends
- Post-secondary education in business administration, health/fitness management, or related field preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
