E-Commerce Sales Manager
CA-Mart – Smartphones Accessories Repairs
CA-Mart is a fast-growing electronics retail and repair company with locations in Welland and St. Catharines. We specialize in smartphones, accessories, repairs, trade-ins, wholesale supply, and online sales.
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and sales-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to help grow CA-Mart across online sales, social media, marketplaces, and customer engagement.

This is a hands-on role focused on generating real sales and helping grow a modern tech brand.
Main Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Online Sales
- Manage and grow online sales channels including:
- Shopify
- Facebook Marketplace
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Kijiji
- Amazon / Walmart Marketplace
- Create and manage product listings
- Update pricing, photos, and product descriptions
- Help improve online customer experience and conversions
- Monitor competitor pricing and trends
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Follow up with leads professionally
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Recommend products, accessories, repairs, and services confidently
- Help increase repair bookings and repeat customers
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and promotional content
- Promote products, repairs, financing offers, and store deals
- Help grow CA-Mart’s social media presence and engagement
- Participate in promotions and marketing campaigns
Wholesale & Business Growth
- Help grow wholesale and reseller accounts
- Follow up with business inquiries and leads
- Assist with B2B and bulk sales opportunities
Performance Expectations
- Daily online and in-store sales targets
- Fast response times to customer inquiries
- Consistent marketplace activity and social media posting
- Growth in Shopify and marketplace sales
- Increased repair bookings and customer conversions
- Monthly sales and performance goals
Performance bonuses and incentives will be tied to results and contribution to the business.
Requirements
- Sales, retail, e-commerce, or social media experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content
- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Interest in smartphones, technology, and online trends
Bonus Skills
- Shopify experience
- Facebook Marketplace experience
- TikTok or Instagram content creation
- Canva or video editing
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
