The Senior Manager, Property Services is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational management of all Fred
Victor Centre–owned and leased properties. This role focuses on ensuring that all building systems are fully
operational, properly maintained, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager oversees all
aspects of property services, including responding to emergencies, coordinating maintenance activities, and
ensuring safe and efficient facility operations across all sites.
This position provides leadership and direction to the Property Services team, including managers, facilities staff,
contractors, and vendors. The Senior Manager is accountable for project deliverables, compiling data to support
metrics and KPIs, RFP participation, and assist with strategic departmental planning. The role also involves
collaborating towards funding proposals, prioritizing and delegating work orders, procuring materials and supplies,
and responding to building-related emergencies.

What You Will Do:
Operational & Facilities Management
- Ensure all life safety systems, HVAC, elevators, and other building systems are fully operational and properly
maintained.
- Ensure permits and licenses for all building systems are obtained, current, and compliant.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Property Services Managers to review facility updates.
