Grounding Balance Wellness & Psychotherapy is an established and thriving Psychotherapy practice, providing quality counselling services.
Our private practice is seeking a Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people achieve their therapy goals. The position is IN-PERSON at our St. Catharines location. You'll have the freedom to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering psychotherapy and/or counselling services following CRPO regulations for individuals, families and couples.
- Build rapport and create safe therapeutic environments.
- Assessment and creation of treatment plans.
- Maintain confidential client records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on research and therapy techniques.
- Day and evening availability required.
- Minimum one-year commitment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Masters level education in related field.
- Registered and in good standing with regulatory body
- Strong assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; including oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and relationship building.
- Knowledge and experience using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an asset: Couples counselling, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, IFS and Eating Disorders.
- Supervision as required based on your College requirements.
