Summary
As a Charter/Shuttle Driver with Canadian Craft Tours and Charters, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the Tour and Charter Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in commercial driving and communication to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all riders. Your mechanical knowledge will be beneficial for routine maintenance checks, ensuring the vehicle is in optimal condition. With a Class F, B or C Licence, you will play a vital role in our organization, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our transportation services.

This is a Part Time driver position with potential to become Full Time.
Positions are currently available for:
- Part Time Hours operating our charters in the Ottawa area. Shift Start Times will vary based on bookings.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and regulations, holding a valid Class F Licence at a minimum.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and luggage.
- Maintain clear communication with passengers regarding schedules and routes.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
- Address any passenger concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- A minimum of a Class F, C or B Ontario Drivers License
- Demonstrated reliability in past work experience, means: always on time for work.
- Clean drivers abstract (No more than 2 tickets/ accidents in last 36 months)
- Demonstrated ability to fill out driver logs daily
- Possess personal smartphone ** with data ** for ridership tracking, pre/post trip inspections and for clocking in and out each day
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to use a tablet for updating ridership information
- MUST HAVE: Solid commitment to working all assigned shifts that have been pre-scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
Compensation $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and current licensing)
