The ideal candidate should have:
Previous experience in **real estate administration** (preferred)
Strong knowledge of **Canva** and AI tools for creating professional marketing materials
Experience managing and posting on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Professional phone etiquette and confidence handling client inquiries
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Prepare and manage real estate listings and transaction paperwork
Create and schedule engaging social media content and marketing materials
Design flyers, brochures, and promotional graphics using Canva
Assist with day-to-day office administration and file management
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide exceptional client service
Coordinate appointments and support agents with administrative tasks
Help maintain the brokerage's online presence and marketing campaigns.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
