Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via multi-line phone systems, front desk interactions, and email correspondence
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records for various departments
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork
- Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial record keeping when necessary
- Maintain a professional front desk presence and uphold phone etiquette standards
- Assist with medical or dental office-related tasks if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous office experience or clerical background preferred; experience with medical or dental offices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities confidently
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are advantageous
Pay: $48,179.18-$68,077.24 per year
