Let’s Snack Toronto is looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of account management experience at another social media agency. This is a contract position covering a leave of 5 months. There may be potential to stay on FT after the contract is completed.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing content creation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You’ll work alongside talented photographers, UGC Creators, and other account managers to deliver high-quality work for our clients.
Duties
- Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, UGC creators, and other team members to create content that meets client needs.
- Content Management: Curate, create, or request various types of content, including videos, photography, and copy for clients. Must be able to help facilitate UGC videos by both writing video scripts according to each client, or being able to tweak scripts provided by UGC Creators to closely suit your clients needs.
- Schedule & Plan: Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Issue Resolution: Handle high-priority requests and resolve any client issues or escalations as they arise.
- Progress Reporting: Provide updates on tasks, client performance, and overall project status to team members and management.
- Metrics: Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for storytelling through digital content.
- Strong knowledge Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Keep), Canva, CapCut. Metricool, Asana and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok and an understanding of how to create content for both platforms. RedNote and Youtube Shorts experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, whether through email, phone, or in-person.
- Photography or culinary knowledge experience is a plus.
- Experience in business development or sales is a plus, as it relates to understanding customer needs and market positioning.
