Job Summary
We are hiring a Jr Forklift - days associate for a direct hire opportunity in Burlington within the medical devices and supplies industry. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to build hands-on warehouse, inventory, and forklift experience in a clean, organized logistics environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. In-house forklift certification is offered, making this a strong career-building opportunity for candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are looking for stability, training, and a Monday to Friday day shift. Key Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment including Cherry Picker and Reach Truck while working at heights.
- Complete inventory counts, put away tasks, sorting, and general warehouse organization.
- Use an RF scanner to track, locate, and move inventory accurately.
- Perform basic data entry related to warehouse and inventory activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
