Overview
Looking for a experienced insulator to Batt and Poly walls blow in ceilings in attics. Must have a valid drivers license. Confidence in driving truck/trailer and larger 20ft Blow truck. Will be working part of a team and must work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Read construction drawings to determine insulation specifications and installation procedures.
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials using hand tools such as knives, scissors, and tape measures.
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, and other designated areas according to project requirements.
- Utilize power tools safely for cutting and fastening insulation materials.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure insulation effectiveness and prevent air leaks.
- Assist with related construction tasks such as drywall installation, framing as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment when required for large-scale projects or material handling.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or insulation installation preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, and related trades is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
