We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and text.
- Utilize tracking documents and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in services offered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management and project execution.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of Insurance providers to provide informed support to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the Psychotherapy sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using Jane software.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Post Secondary Diploma or Degree

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
