Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB, for a Front Desk / Intake Coordinator - Immigration. The coordinator will handle initial client intake, manage phone and email communications, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include scheduling consultations, maintaining client records, verifying documents, and assisting with case preparation. The role requires effective communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in Case Management, including organizing and maintaining client files and ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of Immigration Terminology and familiarity with immigration processes and requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage appointments, schedules, and multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant office tools and software, including Microsoft Office and database management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in immigration services or a related field is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
