Responsibilities
- Work with technicians, department managers, and senior management to oversee and maintain the efficient operations of the shop.
- Communicate any suggestions with the Service Manager to improve ability of meeting and exceeding service targets.
- Pay close attention to technician work performance to bring any concerns to the Service Manager
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, while remaining positive
- Assign and remove work to and from Technicians
- Regulate flow of Service work through department
- Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible
- Monitor the overall productivity of shop, number of production hours billed and efficiency
- Follow all company and manufacturers’ policies, directives, and procedures
- Comply with required health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid G drivers license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Salary range: $50000 to $55000 + bonus
