Overview
We are looking for a passionate, patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our new multidisciplinary clinic in Stoney Creek. The ideal candidate is collaborative, coachable, and committed to delivering exceptional clinical care while contributing to a positive patient experience. This role offers the opportunity to help shape clinic culture, grow professionally, and work closely with an integrated team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, doctors, support staff, and more.
Your Role As A Physiotherapist At INFINI PHYSIO & REHAB:
Clinical Care
- Perform thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care including manual therapy, exercise prescription, appropriate use of modalities, and providing patient education.
- Progress patient programs and monitor outcomes throughout the rehab process.
- Provide clear communication regarding prognosis, home exercise programs (HEPs), and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting using our EMR system (Jane).
Patient Experience
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
- Communicate respectfully, clearly, and professionally throughout the treatment journey.
- Support and collaborate with Physiotherapy Assistants to ensure positive patient flow and consistent care.
- Represent the clinic with professionalism and uphold clinic values and brand standards.
Clinic Operations
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and in-services.
- Follow clinic procedures for WSIB, MVA, and insurance-based care.
- Communicate operational issues, suggestions, or improvement opportunities to the Clinic Director.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment that includes other physiotherapists with various specializations, chiropractors, massage therapists, doctors/surgeons, and more.
- Contribute to a positive work culture focused on teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Active registration & good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Residents must demonstrate clear plan for successful completion of licensing examination. Supervising and mentorship is available.
- Strong manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to ongoing learning and growth.
- Experience in private practice orthopedics is preferred but not required.
- Niche services / specializations such as acupuncture, pelvic health, vestibular, and others are assets but not required.
- Willingness to receive mentorship and regularly demonstrate clinic standards for clinical reasoning, and quality of physiotherapy implementation

Pay: $40.00-$105.00 per hour
