Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple butcher shop locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple butcher shops, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and expand market presence
- Lead, motivate, and supervise shop managers and staff to achieve performance goals
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and quality control standards
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate staff training programs to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community partners
- Ensure all locations adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare reports on operational performance for executive review and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations management within retail or food service environments
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising experience in a multi-location setting
- Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Effective communication skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and implement solutions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
