We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during daily activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Reliable transportation is a plus; willingness to learn new skills on the job is essential
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is beneficial but training will be provided
- Some travel required
- Experience hauling and backing up trailers an asset
Valid Drivers license is a requirement.
