We are looking for someone who is excited by where technology is going, understands how AI is reshaping the consulting landscape, and wants to help lead that transformation for both our clients and our internal teams.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” role.
This is for someone who loves solving problems, building structure from chaos, thinking strategically, and helping clients make smarter technology decisions that actually move their businesses forward.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating internally with consultants, vendors, projects, procurement, and leadership to ensure things get done properly, consistently, and proactively.
You’ll lead roadmap conversations, drive modernization initiatives, uncover AI opportunities, reduce risk, improve operational maturity, and help clients feel confident in where their technology is headed.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in MSP consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, vCIO, or client-facing technology advisory
- Strong business and technology acumen
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives is a must.
- Experience leading roadmap, modernization, or operational improvement initiatives
- Experience leading teams
- Comfortable presenting to executives and leadership teams
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Able to manage complexity without creating chaos
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity strategy, operational maturity, or AI enablement is a strong asset
- Experience helping organizations evaluate, adopt, govern, or operationalize AI solutions is considered a major asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
A Day in the Life
Strategic Client Leadership
- Lead quarterly and annual technology roadmap meetings with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams
- Guide conversations around modernization, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, operational maturity, and AI adoption
- Help clients rethink workflows and processes using modern technology
- Educate clients on emerging technology and high-value AI use cases
- Help clients identify realistic, high-impact AI opportunities tied to operational efficiency, productivity, client experience, and risk reduction.
- Guide organizations through AI readiness conversations including governance, process maturity, security, and adoption planning.
Strategy & Roadmaps
- Lead quarterly and annual technology strategy reviews
- Develop 1–3 year technology roadmaps aligned to business goals and budgets
- Drive modernization, Microsoft 365 adoption, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives
- Build AI adoption and automation opportunities into client technology roadmaps where appropriate.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide practical guidance on where AI creates meaningful business value versus unnecessary complexity.
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate across consulting, service desk, procurement, vendors, and project teams
- Ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables stay on track
- Maintain Technology Maturity Scorecards
- Document decisions, ownership, and action items clearly
Consulting & Proposals
- Present strategic recommendations and proposals confidently
- Help clients make informed technology decisions
- Support quoting, purchasing, and consulting workflow management
People Leadership
- You are a thoughtful leader, strong decision-making, have high emotional intelligence, and the ability to help teams execute effectively together.

Compensation & Perks
- $105,000 – $155,000 CAD annually (based on experience)
