Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate evidence-based techniques into patient care
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings, particularly in acute care environments
- Strong background in pediatrics and patient care across diverse age groups
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
- Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients of all ages
- Ability to assess complex conditions quickly and develop effective treatment strategies
- Good communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in fast-paced environments
