Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, and be able to physically lift throughout the day with customer carry outs. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Stock shelves with 40-50 lb + product, offer carry outs for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Operate the cash register accurately for sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work in a diverse work atmosphere, and multitask
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory
