Your Role, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Be the go-to after-sales contact for our loyal and new customers
- Manage appointments, provide detailed quotes, and generate work orders
- Work closely with our expert technicians and parts department for seamless service delivery
- Play a pivotal role in boosting our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive Advisory – show us your skills!
- Experience with CDK or similar systems? That’s a bonus!
- A valid driver's license and a history of safe driving
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
