Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and contractual requirements are met.
- Review drawings, scopes, change orders, and project documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and cost concerns.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing multifamily, apartment, condominium, or residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
