Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients and managing existing accounts to expand our market presence. You will be engaging with shipping managers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators to present Haulmark Logistics as a reliable transportation solution. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for business development. Duties
- Develop and execute strategies for outside sales to identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management
- Conduct business development activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking at industry events
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs, emphasizing technical features when applicable
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent business development capabilities and proactive approach to generating new leads
- Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales efforts
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Pay: $500.00-$1,500.00 per week
